00:24The lawmaker thanked her colleagues for supporting the agreement, which aims to strengthen security and defense ties between the two nations.
00:32Meanwhile, Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Kazuya Endo expressed his gratitude for the Senate's strong support in ratifying the Reciprocal Access Agreement, or JPRAA,
