జేపీసీ ముందుకు వచ్చిన జమిలీ బిల్లుకు మెజారిటీ సభ్యులు ఆమోదం తెలిపారు. దీంతో తొలిసారి ఉపయోగించిన ఎలక్ట్రానిక్ ఓటింగ్ ప్రక్రియలో బిల్లుకు ఊహించని మెజారిటీ వచ్చినట్టు లోక్ సభ స్పీకర్ ఓం బిర్లా ప్రకటించారు.
