Inaresto ang alkalde ng Pandi Bulacan at dalawang iba pa dahil sa umano’y panggagahasa noong 2019 sa Caloocan. Ayon sa biktima, nilasing umano siya saka pinagsamantalahan ng tatlo.

00:00Mayor Enrico Roque and two others were arrested by the Mayor of Pandi, Bulacan

00:07because of a robbery in 2019 in Caloocan.

00:12According to the victim, he was drunk while three others were involved.

00:29While at a Christmas party in a resort in Bulacan, Mayor Enrico Roque was arrested by the authorities.

00:36The video of the arrest was blurred when it was sent to us by the Northern Police District Special Operations Unit.

00:44Mayor Roque was arrested, along with his counsel, John John Rojas, and an employee of the municipality of Pandi

00:51because of a warrant of arrest issued by Caloocan RTC because of a rape case.

00:57Peacefully, after the program, I approached the Mayor himself, informing him that he has a warrant of arrest,

01:07including the Miranda Rights of the accused.

01:12The Mayor submitted it peacefully.

01:17The complainant filed a complaint of rape in 2019.

01:22According to the complainant, Roque was invited to his house for a drink.

01:28When he felt drunk, he ran away while being followed by three other suspects.

01:35Our three suspects were accused of two counts of rape.

01:39There was a probable cause, so Judge Maria Ruena Villalago Alejandro issued a warrant of arrest.

01:48Mayor Roque is currently in jail at the NPD Custodial Facility.

01:53We spoke to Attorney John Patrick Paredes, who introduced one of the lawyers assisting the suspects.
