(Adnkronos) - “È estremamente importante potersi vaccinare contro tutte le patologie infettive che purtroppo ci perseguitano nell'arco di tutta la vita, con patologie estremamente diverse. Il calendario vaccinale per la vita aggiornato prevede tutte le vaccinazioni adesso disponibili in Italia, che sono sicure ed efficaci contro le patologie infettive. Queste patologie infettive, purtroppo, insieme all’antimicrobico resistenza, rappresentano una delle principali cause di malattia nei prossimi anni”. Sono le parole di Roberta Siliquini, presidente Società italiana di igiene, medicina preventiva e sanità pubblica - Siti, in occasione della presentazione dell’edizione 2025 del Calendario vaccinale per la Vita, organizzata a Roma dalla Siti.

00:50In the new calendar for life we have some news, in the meantime the vaccination against
00:56COVID-19, which in the previous calendar was not there because we were still in the emergency phase.
01:01The vaccine against RSV has been added as far as the elderly, fragile adults are concerned
01:09and the prevention for RSV has also been added in infancy with the monoclonal antibody
01:17rather than with the vaccination in pregnancy.
01:21Among other things, other news are the changes in the vaccination schedule
01:27in relation to some vaccines, thanks to the presence of new vaccination preparations
01:35rather than changes resulting from the change in epidemiology and pathologies.
