00:00I have some leftover bolognese and there's nothing better than a slow cooked tomato sauce
00:14the next day.
00:15I'm going to reinvent those leftovers by making individual lasagna roll-ups.
00:20I've got some ricotta, I'm going to do about half of this, about 16 ounces.
00:25I'm going to be very generous with my parmesan cheese.
00:28Some shredded mozzarella, that looks awesome.
00:31I'm going to add some frozen chopped spinach, some chopped parsley, some pepper.
00:37And I am not messing with chopping garlic for this because I need this done in a hurry.
00:41So I'm just going to use garlic salt, it's a great substitute.
00:43Give it a mix, that's it.
00:46So I'm going to scoop a little bit of my bolognese down in the bottom of the pan.
00:50I'm going to take some of my filling and I'm going to spread it all the way down in a nice
00:55thin sheet.
00:56We don't want to over stuff it.
00:59Just a little bit of salt and give it a little roll.
01:09And now we just have to do the rest of them.
01:10I'm going to put the rest of the sauce on top, last little bit of mozzarella and parmesan.
01:17All right, let's put it into the oven, it's going to be awesome.
