00:00How do you usually use your Christmas leftovers?
00:04Well, I think the missus, she makes a big bubbling squeak out of it all, but yeah, everybody's different.
00:09I like a bit of cold meat in some rolls.
00:12Have you got any kind of creative ways that you use all the rest of your Christmas roasts?
00:16I love the pigs in the blankets. I'll just sit there and eat a plate of pigs in blankets.
00:20I'm not really a vegetable man, so I don't really like the vegetables, so just give me the meat.
00:24Creative ideas?
00:25That's a good question. We actually had Christmas dinner the other day,
00:28and the next day we went and bought baguettes, and then we got all the leftover turkey, stuffing, gravy,
00:33put them in the baguettes and had a really nice meal.
00:36I think we had enough turkey to last us the week, honestly.
00:39Well, we usually have duck as our main dish,
00:43and then the next day I'll shred it up and put it in pancakes with hoisin sauce.
00:49I worked in IT for many years, but I treat every day the same, and even holidays.
00:54So for me, it's just another day of the week, so I don't mass buy, so there aren't any leftovers.
