00:00Hi, I'm Holly Madison, and this is Fashion Police.
00:03So this first one, this is one of my favorite outfits of all time.
00:07This is a juicy couture ruffle dress.
00:09I actually also have it in yellow and black.
00:12I still have this one.
00:13I wore it recently for, like, the podcast
00:16because sometimes I like to bring out, like, throwback outfits.
00:18I wore it for a promo shoot.
00:20And Trisha Paytas made a copy of this outfit
00:22so we could twinge to wear it on the podcast.
00:24So it's an iconic dress.
00:26If Trisha is cosplaying you, you're iconic.
00:30This is so basic, I don't know what to say about it.
00:31So this is, like, these are, like, Converse All-Star knockoffs,
00:34but they're Playboy ones, and they have Playboy bunnies.
00:37And these jeans that I could never fit into now,
00:40they're, like, early 2000s low-rise crazy.
00:43And, like, a Playboy top
00:44because Playboy licensing was really great to us, though,
00:47so we were always wearing it.
00:48We're always representing.
00:50This dress I actually made.
00:52It was inspired by a Bob Mackie dress,
00:55but this is, like, the short version.
00:56I just went to Hollywood Boulevard
00:58where they have all the stripper stores,
00:59and got, like, this see-through dress.
01:02And then I put, like, a crystal bunny on it
01:04and all these Swarovski crystals,
01:06and it took a long time to make,
01:08but I wore it so many times.
01:09I definitely got a lot of use out of it.
01:11This is a Just Cavalli by Roberto Cavalli satin dress.
01:15It barely fit on top.
01:17Like, everything's popping out,
01:19but I love the color.
01:20It was leopard print on the inside.
01:23I still have this dress.
01:24I still have the shoes.
01:25These are Roberto Cavalli custom shoes.
01:28And yeah, I love all that.
01:30I still have the purse, the watch.
01:31I have everything in this picture.
01:33This is a Victoria's Secret bra,
01:36and it was, like, embellished
01:37with all kinds of beads and stuff
01:38because Victoria's Secret used to do fun stuff like that.
01:41They used to have a clothing catalog, too.
01:42I don't know if anybody remembers,
01:44but I loved it,
01:44and I would order clothing from there all the time.
01:46And this was, like, a super cheap dress I got on Melrose.
01:50It's made out of, like, spandex material,
01:52and it probably cost $20,
01:54but it was a staple.
01:55I wore it a lot.
01:56This is another Just Cavalli dress.
01:58I tend to, like, have favorite things.
01:59Like, I like to do one-stop shopping.
02:01I'm not really a big shopper.
02:02I would go to a store
02:04and get, like, a ton of things and stock up.
02:06And it's leopard print,
02:07and I wore it to the Chainsaw Awards,
02:10and I still have it.
02:11Another Roberto Cavalli.
02:12Surprise, surprise.
02:14Oh, my God.
02:15Okay, I miss this bird so much.
02:17Guy who owns the Playboy Mansion now,
02:18can I come visit the bird?
02:20Because he has all the animals.
02:21I'm so sad I miss her.
02:22Me and this bird had a really special connection.
02:24She can read my mind, I swear.
02:26But anyway, back to the dress.
02:27This is also a Roberto Cavalli dress.
02:29This is at the Playmate of the Year
02:31for Sarah Underwood, one of my dear friends.
02:34I still have this dress.
02:35Special memory.
02:36Oh, and here it is.
02:37This is the original.
02:38This is the Bob Mackie dress.
02:40It was made in 1979
02:42for Playmate of the Year for her cover,
02:44and she wanted to sell the dress,
02:46so have bought it for me for Christmas,
02:49and I still have it.
02:50I love fashion history.
02:52I love the history of the Playboy Pictorials.
02:54I'm a huge Bob Mackie fan,
02:56so this is right up my alley in every way,
02:58and it's one of my favorite things.
03:00I'm just super careful with it.
03:02It's preserved, put away really carefully.
03:05I think my dream is to build a house
03:08with a perfect closet that I can display
03:10a lot of things and have a mannequin
03:11with a little museum of my favorite stuff.
03:14Maybe I'll put it there,
03:14but right now it's just so carefully preserved.
03:17I wouldn't take it out.
03:18It has all these hanging beads that get tangled up,
03:20so I'm just so, so careful with it.
03:23I definitely have fashion regrets
03:24from the Girls Next Door days.
03:26I talk about it on the podcast a lot
03:27because there was that trend in the early 2000s.
03:30I think of it a lot when I see
03:33Disney Channel stars on the red carpet from back then
03:35where you would layer a million things.
03:37I have no business being layered,
03:38like jeans and then a dress over the jeans
03:41and then a corset over the dress
03:43and then a white button-up underneath.
03:45I would do stuff like that.
03:46I'd wear a white button-up with a corset over it
03:49and weird jeans, and I'm looking at...
03:52I've seen two outfits like that so far,
03:54and we've only gone through season two,
03:56and I'm like, what was I even going for?
04:00Because usually I look back on my stuff
04:02and I'm like, I like it, even if it's camp or silly.
04:04I know what I was going for,
04:05and these layered outfits, I'm like, what was happening?
