00:00Thank you very much for having me. I think it was just absolutely wonderful. The whole
00:12hashtag SidNet is what everybody's been calling us. I think Zeenat from season one has been
00:19breaking stereotypes and she's been just the most wonderful character to play because I
00:25really enjoy and lord how progressive she is in her thinking from where she's come maybe
00:33back in the day not being, you know, being married off to somebody and not being able
00:38to pursue her dreams of doing something for herself, maybe going out there and earning
00:44for herself, being independent was not, was something that probably not, did not happen.
00:52But as soon as I guess life gave her a second chance and she just took it with open arms
00:58and you know got enrolled herself into a course where everybody else was probably just 16-17
01:05years old and that actually shows how incredible, how incredibly progressive or how breaking
01:14stereotypes was since the first season. Even the crush that she had on Sid Sir and she's
01:22actually gone out in the second season and asked him out for a biryani date which is
01:26so, so cool I think.
01:33I think there's a lot of similarities. When I was reading the script I kind of, well first
01:40of all like everybody else saw in season one and two, three. Vidya also had no idea what
01:50LOL was. Vidya also thought LOL was lots of love only. I had no idea that it was laugh
01:55out loud or bomb meant blow out your brains. In fact there's this really sweet little thing
02:02that we had a little get together of mismatched, you know, a few months ago and the whole message
02:09was like okay this is the location, come at this time and then there was this, you know,
02:13in between the message somewhere it read BYOB and I kept wondering where, what is BYOB and
02:19I thought oh maybe it's, you know, be your own boss and it was just really strange because when
02:25I went to the party they were like bring your own booze, that's what it means. Thankfully I don't
02:30drink but yeah it's so, that is, that's, that's literally the, that's how I am. I have no idea
02:37about these cool Gen Z slang words and I'm okay with it and yeah even otherwise I think that the
02:45warmth that you see in Zenith probably comes also from Vidya somewhere.
02:54So I think that also is very common with just how Zenith is, is how Vidya is. Blending, it's,
03:01you know, they're all, they're all humans by the end of it, you know, they are just, it,
03:05it has been a learning curve to actually be with them because they're all so incredibly,
03:11um, so clued in and they know their, their job and everything else also so, so, um,
03:20how do I say this, um, they know their job very well, they are all multi-talented, they are all,
03:25you know, Taruk's a singer and an actor, Prajakta has written a book as well,
03:30there is, they have like, I don't know, they're, I, I, yeah, they're all really, really on top of
03:37their game all the time is what I think and it's, it's, it's been a learning curve for me as well.
03:47Ah, love, lots of love, I think they've, they've been doing the LOL
03:52to a different level, the amount of, um, the amount of letters and, and comments and just
04:01heartfelt notes that, that the audience has written, it's just so incredible to read all,
04:07I try and read all, all that I can whenever I get the time and it's beautiful, the edits that
04:13they've made, the Zeenat edits, the Sidnath edits, yes, of course, the ending was a little
04:17heartbreaking but then that's how they, that's what they're saying now, we want to see them
04:22together and, and in season four and hope that, hope that they'll be together and so yeah, there
04:28is, there is always hope, right? And, but no, I think the, there's been much, much, much of love
04:37and, and more love and yeah, that's it. Underappreciated, no, I never feel underappreciated
04:47about anything, I always look at the glass half full so there's no underappreciation ever or
04:53I don't feel like it's not enough or whatever, I feel like the way my life has turned out,
04:59the parts that I have been doing, I have been doing complete justice to whatever has been given
05:05to me and hopefully there's, there's definitely lots more to come now and there's so much to look
05:12forward to so I would never look at it in a, in a space where, oh why did I not get enough,
05:20I should have gotten more, I should have done these parts also, that's really not the way I
05:24look at it, I am very happy doing what, what I've been given to the best of my ability and that's
05:31all that there is. I think it's, it's been a roller coaster but a wonderful one at that,
05:43there have been many highs, there have been many, many lows and it's been wonderful,
05:50like I say that everybody 35 plus knows me still as Vidya Sharma India, that's literally
05:57etched upon people's, people's mind in a day and age where, you know, there are so many movies and
06:04OTTs releasing so much content, people don't remember films and here everybody remembers
06:10our names as well and everybody who's 13 plus kind of comes to me as Zeenat and Kareem, so it's,
06:18it's, it's, it's a blessing, it's been a beautiful journey, a blessing.
06:29Surprising lessons from co-actors? Not really, the only lesson that one has really learnt is
06:36stay in the moment and do the best that you can each and every single time
06:40and leave the rest to, you know, the one up above, he's taking care of his all.
