00:36The car of the Provincial Election Supervisor of Sulu was hit by a riding in tandem in Zamboaga City.

00:45The election supervisor was saved but his brother was hit by a bullet in the head.

00:51The brothers came from the airport and were about to go home when the shooting happened.

00:55The gunmen immediately ran away.

00:58Eight 45-caliber bullets were taken from the crime scene.

01:03The incident was investigated by the Executive Chairman, George Garcia.

01:06And the authorities called for immediate action.
