00:00A house will be built for the former members of the MILF in Munay, Lanao del Norte is about to start.

00:17That is the aim of the government in the construction of more than 100 houses

00:22for the former members of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front or MILF in Camp Bilal, Munay, Lanao del Norte.

00:28The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity or OPAPRU,

00:33the National Housing Authority and other agencies of the government held the groundbreaking ceremony.

00:39Here, OPAPRU Secretary Carlito Galvez Jr. gave the approval of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.

00:45to preserve the human rights for the peace in the region of Bangsamoro.

00:50I would also like to underscore President Marcos' three key objectives

00:55in order to promote human rights and human lives,

00:59which are fundamental to the successful implementation of our peace process in the Bangsamoro.

01:04So, we saw the program of our beloved President, Makata'a.

01:09It is centered on the people.

01:11From protecting lives, to uplifting human dignity, to advancing people's progress.

01:19So, that is what he gives directly to us.

01:24The former MILF combatant Alexander Limbo is thankful to the government

01:28and President Marcos Jr. for this program.

01:32I am very happy to be able to return home from our government,

01:38to our President, Marcos.

01:42The funds raised by the government amounted to Php 180 million,

01:47including the construction of 100 housing units in Camp Abubakar, Barira, Maguindanao, and Lorte.
