00:33Central Luzon, Calabarzon de Maropa, Rico Region, and also in Cagayan Valley,

00:42In most parts of the country, the weather is clear except for isolated rain.
00:52Due to the strong winds, it is expected that there will be high waves in the northern and eastern seaboard of Luzon.
