Hello, Guys Welcome back to my channel and today we will discuss the term Truck Dispatch. Now this term is being widely used in many Asian countries like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and a lot more and let's not forget America itself. Here you will find a complete guide to this free course. However, this course is also being sold on many platforms and some physical call centers. But here we are with a free course.
Who does not want to earn online in this era, while a lot of the population is earning money online by working from the comfort of their home and being self-employed?
Things we are going to cover in this free worth for time course
1. What does Dispatcher do?
Well, the answer to the question literally lies in the question itself. Dispatch means to connect two things and Truck Dispatch means connecting two persons in trucking and the two persons we are going to connect in a truck is the broker and the carrier. Why do we need to connect the broker and carrier Can't they connect on their own don't they have a phone number to call or email to contact each other or a cell phone to connect themselves? The answer to this question is yes they have a phone number, an email, and a cell phone and they can contact the broker on their own but the problem with this is time. They do not have time to contact the brokers. Why they don't have 10-15 minutes to contact the broker and be direct with them. Well, once again time. We need to contact brokers once we find a load and finding a load for a lot of truck operators may not be a piece of cake for everyone in the US that's why they hire a Dispatcher who will look out for their loads
2. Setup for your business. Now imagine you are willing to work in the United States of America but you don't have an American phone number to call. The answer is Dialers or VOIP( Voice over Internet Protocol) Phone numbers. These phone numbers operate on the internet services as shown the name to call a person. There are a number of VOIP Dialer service providers. Some of the most popular are Google Voice, Open Phone, Ring Central, etc
3. Finding Carriers or Truck Drivers. Now consider this as the first step towards your journey. Once you are ready as a Truck Dispatcher you will need someone to sell your services. This is the most important step of all
4. Maintaining Good Relationships: You have a proper setup to work in America, and you know what Dispatch is now, You have a client who is willing to work with you, but they leave you as soon as they get their first load. This can be because they didn't like your services or something else. We will also be providing a detailed lecture on this as well.
