00:06The six-year-old girl was saved by her parents but was killed.

00:20The black SUV almost entered a house in Naga, Cebu.

00:26Early in the morning, when the SUV collided with a motorcycle,

00:29the mother of the child was riding a motorcycle.

00:31She was just about to go to school.

00:33Because of the impact, the passengers fell.

00:36Her husband was injured while riding a motorcycle.

00:38Her father was critical.

00:40While their six-year-old daughter was in a car accident.

00:49The victims' relatives decided to file a case.

00:53The 21-year-old SUV driver apologized.

00:56He admitted that he fell asleep because of the fatigue from riding a motorcycle

00:59and his mother's grave two days before Christmas.

01:07His passengers were also saved.

01:10The case of reckless imprudence resulting in homicide,

01:14physical injury and damage to property against the SUV driver is being prepared.

01:18In Mabini, Davao de Oro,

01:20an outing on the beach this Christmas,

01:2315 of the victims' relatives were there.

01:28But their pickup truck crashed into the center island.

01:32A woman was dead on the spot.

01:34Others were injured, including some children.

01:37The police are still waiting for the victims to file a case against the SUV driver.

01:43In Cagayan de Oro City,

01:46a 52-year-old pedestrian was hit on arrival

01:48after being hit by a motorcycle.

01:50The driver did not give a statement.

01:52But he confessed to the police that he was drunk

01:55and came from a Christmas party.
