00:00So Philly at home, going against the Dallas Cowboys,
00:03who really don't have a lot of motivation.
00:05Just been two weeks out until their off-season.
00:07But for the Eagles, NFC East title,
00:10they certainly want to get this one.
00:11Seven and a half is that number.
00:13Jalen Hurd's not expected to play.
00:15They're still dealing with that concussion and the protocol.
00:18But Kenny Pickett also dealing with a bit of a ribs injury.
00:22So even your backup's going to be a little dusty
00:25coming into this one, Joe.
00:26But for the Eagles, they have to find a way.
00:29And it certainly looks like they will.
00:30But that's a pretty big number to cover.
00:34It is.
00:35And this was, what, ten, nine and a half,
00:38I think, when it opened up.
00:40And obviously, there was a lot of question marks
00:42with Jalen Hurd's and who would be the quarterback.
00:46But, you know, since that time,
00:48it's been bet down to what you see here
00:50at seven, seven and a half.
00:52And that's because we know Hurd's is not playing.
00:54We also know CeeDee Lamb is not playing,
00:56which is why we've also seen this total be bet down
01:00dubs at this point.
01:01But, hey, you know, Pickett, no Pickett.
01:04I think Philadelphia and that defense
01:07going up against the Cowboys.
01:09And they've been playing better as of late.
01:11But without their main guy there, CeeDee Lamb,
01:14the main threat, I think Vic Fangio and his defense
01:17wants to get the bad taste out of their mouth
01:20from getting lit up by Jayden Daniels
01:22and Washington last week.
01:23I mean, they turned them over five times
01:26and still lost that game there.
01:28So I would expect a big effort at home from Philadelphia,
01:32even with Pickett at quarterback.
01:35And I would expect, yeah, the Cowboys to struggle
01:38playing from behind in this one without CeeDee Lamb.
01:41So to me, if I'm looking, if I'm betting this game,
01:45I'm looking at the favorite, the Eagles,
01:47but I also probably wouldn't mind taking a stab
01:51with Taequann Barkley here over his rushing prop
01:55given the fact that I think, Dubs,
01:57he's 267 yards away
02:01from beating Eric Dickerson's 40-year-old
02:04rushing record for the most yards in a season.
02:0721.05 is the record.
02:09He's 267 yards away from that.
02:13I think Philadelphia is very conscious of that number.
02:16I think they're going to give him
02:19every opportunity in the world
02:21to get at least half of that here
02:24and give him a chance going into week 18
02:26to actually break the record.
02:28So would not shock me at all if he goes up and over.
02:32And it was a big number, Dubs.
02:33I think it was 107.5, 108.5.
02:36But I think he gets at least half of that.
02:39And I think he's going to get enough touches
02:41because I'm pretty sure Sirianni's
02:42going to give him every chance in the world
02:44to try to break this record next week.
02:47But keep in mind, it's an 18-week season.
02:51Yeah, but keep in mind, Eric Dickerson did it
02:53with 16 weeks, 15 weeks.
02:55So there was a little difference there.
02:59And, Joe, you made a good point.
03:01If they're going to give him every chance to get the rock,
03:03that number's certainly going to play.
03:06Get through the Cowboys this week, then it's the Giants.
03:08I mean, wouldn't that be a fitting way
03:11to finish off a Saquon Barkley
03:12to surpass that mark against his old team?
03:16Listen, I wouldn't. I'd ladder it up, too.
03:18I mean, I'd take over 108.5
03:21and just go to the alternate mark at over 115.5, over 120.
03:25And I'd take it all the way up to 150 yards.
03:28I'd ladder it right up because he's going to get
03:3125 or more attempts in this game.
03:32I promise you that.
