00:16Shilam, once again, experienced a heavy downpour of rain in the province of Cagayan due to the Shirline and Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.
00:26The Quick Response Team of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office of Cagayan is closely monitoring the flood-prone and landslide-prone areas.
00:36PDRRMO Head Rueli Rapsing, although the status of the Quick Response Team of the province was previously on the red alert due to the yuletide season,
00:45they will now include the Shirline in their monitoring.
00:49As of now, some roads and overflow bridges in the province are no longer accessible due to the flooding of the river.
00:56This includes the Sham Overflow Bridges in Baggao, the main overflow bridge in Tuguegarao City, roads in Naglo, Alcala, and Maguinsa, Tuguegarao City.
01:07Water was also lost in Bagatnam earlier this afternoon.

01:19Tuguegarao City Mayor Myla Tingque asked for everyone's cooperation.
