00:00If they have the balls to come here and live off of my money, I pay for their welfare, I pay for their ability to be here.
00:05Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're looking at the rudest, most entitled, and most belligerent people,
00:12better known as carrots, who've caused havoc at food establishments or with takeout fast food only to get some sweet karma.
00:21Can you believe they were reportedly furious about being charged $1.75 for extra sauce?
00:30French Fry Fury
00:31When you steal a fry from your friend, they can say, hey, I paid for those.
00:35People can get very nitpicky when it comes to fries.
00:39Yet in 2021, two people went way too far with their preference.
00:45At a McDonald's drive-thru in Harris County, Texas, Davian Guillory and Trakea Cohen had an issue with the amount of salt on their fries.
00:54It's unclear whether they were annoyed there was too much or too little.
00:58Regardless, they got into an argument with the restaurant's manager, leading to the duo pointing a firearm at them before leaving.
01:05Guillory and Cohen were soon arrested for their threat.
01:08It was doubly worse for Cohen as he was on probation for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon.
01:15That's enough damn salt there, Willie.
01:17I know what I'm doing.
01:18Nobody want all that goddamn salt in their potato salad.
01:21Not Very Lovely
01:22She matched me in size, but she had a lot of heart because she came for me.
01:27She swung.
01:28Have you ever been so hungry that you took a bite out of the manager of a Wendy's?
01:33No?
01:33Well, Lovely Robinson apparently has.
01:37In 2016, while at a franchise in Richmond, Virginia, Robinson claimed her order was wrong.
01:43This led to her confronting the manager, Latonya Nelson.
01:46Robinson followed her back into the kitchen, big no-no,
01:49before grabbing Nelson's leg and biting her hard enough to leave visible damage.
01:54Yikes.
01:55She takes the order.
01:56She hears the customer telling her what they would like to order.
02:00She brings it up on the cash register.
02:02Everybody else hears the same order being placed.
02:05Nelson punched Robinson several times until the biter let go.
02:09Due to her snappy attack, Robinson was arrested by the cops and charged with several crimes.
02:15I don't know who the hell you think you are, but I'd like you to apologize for my wife.
02:22Bad Birthday Burrito
02:24Move over, burger joints.
02:25There's another hombre in town.
02:27Sometimes, birthdays don't go as planned.
02:30But not many result in a mini food fight.
02:33In 2024, Shiva Prasad was celebrating his special day with his wife, Esha,
02:39at their home in St. Petersburg, Florida.
02:42However, he was unhappy with her decision to order a birthday meal from Taco Bell and McDonald's.
02:47This caused an argument to spark.
02:49Esha first threw a soft-shell taco at her husband's face.
02:53She then followed it with a burrito.
02:55When the cops arrived, the burrito was still stuck to Shiva's face.
02:59Esha claimed she only threw the Mexican delicacy after Shiva chucked a bag at her, which he denied.
03:05She was arrested by the cops for battery.
03:08She was arrested by the cops for battery.
03:11Career Irony
03:12I don't even know why you're talking to the passenger of my vehicle
03:16when I ordered the food at the window.
03:18And I'm telling you that I don't want to park in reserve stall number two.
03:22It's a strange situation when a Karen uses their social media presence to intimidate someone to do what they want.
03:29But that's what happened in 2024 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
03:34An unidentified couple, both recording the interaction on their phones,
03:38argued with a McDonald's drive-thru employee.
03:40The couple seemingly didn't want to park up and wait for their order.
03:45Instead, they wanted a refund, but only in cash, despite paying with a card.
03:50The male Karen claimed he had 50,000 Instagram followers he would sick on the worker.
03:55If you guys, you need a money back, I'll send you guys money.
03:58You tap your card, get your money back.
04:01Don't worry, I got 50,000 followers on Instagram.
04:03I'm going to post this video.
04:05As the female Karen used offensive language and told the worker to get a career.
04:10With a wonderful dash of irony, her employer allegedly saw the video and fired the Karen.
04:16Missouri Mayhem.
04:18Hello, Ronald.
04:19This is the face of your worst nightmare.
04:21Some Karens, even if you solve their issue, still explode in rage.
04:26In 2024, several days after getting her order from a jack-in-the-box in St. Louis, Missouri,
04:32Talanya Carter arrived to complain that one chicken tender was missing.
04:36Amazingly, the manager gave her another tender.
04:39However, needing something else to complain about,
04:42Carter then argued with the manager about not getting ranch dressing with it,
04:46resulting in her spitting in the employee's face.
04:50How intelligent do you have to be to take a food order?
04:53Jesus!
04:54Ma'am.
04:55Ma'am.
04:56You're absolutely right and I apologize.
04:59When Carter went to her car, the manager followed her to get her license plate.
05:04After knocking the worker to the ground,
05:05Carter got in her car and allegedly reversed over their foot before driving off.
05:10The abusive customer was charged with assaults and pleaded not guilty.
05:15The Last Straw.
05:17I was scared, so I just wanted him to just get off.
05:20It was just, get this man off me.
05:23Just please get off me.
05:24In 2019, a St. Petersburg, Florida law took effect that diners had to ask for a plastic straw
05:31rather than get it automatically or from the free-use dispenser.
05:35Well, Daniel Taylor hated this and refused to believe such a law was passed.
05:40When he noticed they weren't there,
05:42he began yelling and walking toward the counter at the young lady behind the counter
05:46who explained it's now against the law for the restaurant to have straws in the lobby.
05:51Well, Daniel Taylor hated this and refused to believe that such a law had passed.
05:55So he argued at the counter with McDonald's worker, Yasmine James.
05:59He then grabbed her top and she sprang into action by punching him several times until he let go.
06:05Thankfully, James wasn't hurt in the attack and she was placed on paid leave
06:10while Taylor was arrested for battery.
06:12He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, fined $1,000
06:16and ordered to stay away from the restaurant and James.
06:19So in terms of what McDonald's did, there's no surprise about how McDonald's would treat their workers
06:24and how they would still serve this white man who just assaulted a black woman.
06:29Pastor Punch
06:30The Wadens claim she was being mistreated while on the job.
06:34Waden says corporate was notified but claims nothing changed.
06:38Church pastors are often thought of as calm, thoughtful and considerate.
06:43Well, Dwayne Waden certainly goes against this stereotype.
06:47In 2023, his wife Latoya Gladney was undergoing manager training at a McDonald's in High Point, North Carolina.
06:55She called Waden to complain that the other employees were disrespecting her.
06:59Waden went to the restaurant, told Gladney to grab her stuff and clock out.
07:04However, he then began arguing with the cook and attacked him.
07:08You know, we went to tussling and stuff of that nature and the floor was real slippery.
07:14So, you know, I kind of hugged, bear hugged and when I bear hugged him, he punched me in the back of my head.
07:20After punching the worker several times, Waden began pushing his head toward the deep fryer
07:25before the cook's colleagues dragged the pastor away.
07:28Unsurprisingly, Waden was arrested for assault.
07:31He pleaded guilty to the crime and spent several weeks in jail while Gladney no longer works at the restaurant.
07:37Her husband said he did step in to stop it.
07:40Soon after, the altercation began near the fryer and ended near the front of the restaurant.
07:44The Dirty Tantrum
07:46Oh, Shorty took him to Dublin!
07:48Wow!
07:48No!
07:50Whoa!
07:50I guess you could say Shorty's with the shits.
07:54If you're eating while watching this, it's probably best to stop for a moment.
07:59In 2018, a Karen walked into a Tim Hortons in Langley, British Columbia wanting to use the bathroom.
08:05However, staff turned her down due to past run-ins with the woman and concern for the worker's safety.
08:10An argument erupted but no one expected her next move.
08:14The Karen unbuckled her pants in the restaurant, released her content on the floor and tossed it at the workers.
08:20Yuck!
08:21The icing on the dirty cake was cleaning herself with napkins and then throwing those at the employees too.
08:28Due to this mucky attack, the Karen was arrested.
08:31RCMP say the woman was arrested and released on a promise to appear in court.
08:37What Bag
08:38According to an arrest affidavit, she had a problem with her order and shot eight times through the glass of a window in the pickup line.
08:47If you're going to lie about your order, it's best to hide the evidence.
08:51In 2023, Samantha Anthony went back to a McDonald's drive-thru in San Antonio, Texas to complain about not getting her meal.
09:01After one of the employees spotted wrappers for the items she said were missing, they asked Anthony for the bag the food came in.
09:16The Karen responded she didn't get a bag despite the employees seeing it beside her.
09:21After arguing for 30 minutes, with Anthony getting more and more incensed, she took out a firearm and shot it eight times at the drive-thru window.
09:29After more arguing and a challenge to come out and fight, shots rang out.
09:34Thankfully, the employees took cover and no one was hurt.
09:37After Anthony fled, she was later arrested for the attack.
09:41Karen in the Box
09:42A man can be seen climbing up onto the car's hood, denting it, then breaking the windshield.
09:47Inside the car at the time, Veneranda Alvarez, her two daughters, ages 12 and 13, and a family friend.
09:54Technically, this 2019 incident started in an Anaheim, California jack-in-the-box parking lot.
10:00Not in the restaurant itself, where Veneranda Alvarez and her two daughters picked up a friend.
10:05It seems that Chris had, for some unknown reason, drawn the ire of Joshua Dalton earlier and Dalton was following him.
10:13After Alvarez picked up Chris and left the parking lot, Dalton tailed her and then cut in front of her car.
10:19He got out and angrily climbed on the hood, denting it.
10:22He then used his fist to punch the windscreen, cracking it.
10:26And this was Dalton today, getting booked by Anaheim PD after they say a news viewer saw the video and called police,
10:33who arrested him near his Anaheim home without incident.
10:36Altogether, he caused an estimated $1,200 in damages to Alvarez's car.
10:41Dalton then took off.
10:43However, he was soon found and arrested by the police despite having seemingly shaved his beard to hide his identity.
10:52You see what happens, Larry?
10:55You see what happens, Larry?
10:57Thanos Karen
10:59Working one night in a McDonald's in Adelaide, Australia in late 2022, employees were probably hoping for an easy shift.
11:07Not on this 19-year-old's watch.
11:14Like Thanos, she decided to do it herself by going behind the counter and making a meal.
11:20Pleas from workers and customers to get her out were ignored as she went around taking things from the kitchen,
11:26even making herself a burger while yelling threats.
11:29Reportedly, the unnamed woman even lobbed a water bottle at someone.
11:33Unfortunately for her, just as she grabbed herself a sweet treat, the police arrived.
11:38They arrested her for disorderly behavior, property damage, and assault.
11:43Help soon arrives in the form of two star group police who'd been nearby at the time.
11:48Cookie Demands
11:49The argument was allegedly all over a cookie.
11:52Fast food places that have reward systems in place can be great for the customer.
11:57But it can be a nightmare for employees, as one group found out in February 2023.
12:03In Altamont Springs, Florida, 24-year-old Amari Hendricks went through a McDonald's drive-thru.
12:09Instead of a simple transaction, Hendricks was furious to not be asked about the franchise's reward program.
12:15She apparently thought this meant she would get a free cookie.
12:19Even after getting the treat and yelling at the staff,
12:21Hendricks escalated the situation significantly by allegedly pulling out a firearm and pointing it at them.
12:27Employees that were there in the drive-thru were in fear.
12:29I mean, you can only imagine.
12:31I mean, it's a handgun. It'd put anyone most likely in fear.
12:34She then broke into the locked store and attacked an employee, leaving injuries.
12:39Hendricks was later arrested on several charges.
12:42Put her in the car.
12:43No, you don't have to put me in the car.
12:45You don't have to.
12:47Biscuit Bash
12:49If you've ever ordered from a fast food joint or a restaurant,
12:52sometimes items are going to be missed.
12:55Workers are human after all.
12:56Mistakes happen.
12:57But Belinda Miller didn't cope very well with the situation in February 2023 in Augusta, Georgia.
13:04After picking up her order, she was livid that Popeyes had forgotten to put in biscuits.
13:09So she called them and threatened to drive her car into the building.
13:13Yikes.
13:14Well, the staff gave her the missing item only for Miller to make good on her threats anyway.
13:19She propelled her SUV right into the restaurant.
13:22Thankfully, there were no serious injuries.
13:25Miller then drove home,
13:26where she was arrested for first-degree criminal damage to property and aggravated assault.
13:32Not Fast Enough
13:34I'm not McDonald's. I'm five months pregnant.
13:36You people don't know how to run a motherf***ing McDonald's.
13:39Fast food usually lives up to the name and is pretty quick.
13:42But things happen.
13:43And it can take a little longer.
13:45Well, that wasn't good enough for Tionis Jones in May 2022.
13:50Using the McDonald's drive-thru in Polk County, Florida,
13:53she was angry it took too long for her order.
13:56So the then five-month pregnant woman stormed inside.
13:59After yelling at staff, Jones threw a sign.
14:02She then walked behind the counter and chucked bottles and cups about,
14:05causing $100 worth of damage.
14:08No. Come on.
14:09I want my money.
14:11They trying to cheat me out my money.
14:13I want my money.
14:15She then left by twerking for some reason.
14:17Jones was arrested on numerous charges.
14:20The sheriff then had a press conference that got him into hot water
14:23when he referred to Jones as a McMess and a McNuts.
14:28In other words, if you can't do the McTime, don't do the McCrime.
14:32Fresh Kitchen Racism
14:34In 2018, a video of Aaron Schlossberg going on an unhinged racist rant went viral.
14:40He was apparently annoyed that staff at the Fresh Kitchen in Manhattan,
14:43New York were speaking Spanish.
14:46Every person I listen to, he's spoken, he's spoken,
14:49she's speaking it, it's America.
14:51The lawyer, who has a history of iffy opinions,
14:54even bellowed he was going to call ICE,
14:57the Immigration and Customs Enforcement,
14:59on the employees and have them deported.
15:01Yikes.
15:02My guess is they're not documented.
15:04So my next call is to ICE to have each one of them kicked out of my country.
15:07But the backlash was near instant.
15:10Shortly after, a delightful protest took place outside Schlossberg's apartment
15:14that featured a mariachi band playing La Cucaracha.
15:17A mariachi band stood shoulder to shoulder,
15:19faced an Upper West Side condo and belted out,
15:22La Cucaracha, La Cucaracha.
15:25The lawyer was also evicted from his office.
15:28In 2020, Schlossberg was slated in an appeals court
15:31for contesting the charges put forward by the Attorney Grievance Committee.
15:37Sauce Sabotage
15:39No one likes getting charged for extra sauce at a restaurant.
15:42It stinks, but sometimes it has to be done.
15:45But three women in July 2022 let their displeasure be known
15:49in the most over-the-top fashion.
15:51Complete chaos inside a fast food restaurant
15:55as angry customers trashed the place.
15:57At a Bell Fries establishment in Manhattan, New York,
16:00the trio of Pearl Ozoria, Chitara Plansencia,
16:04and Tatiana Johnson went on a rampage.
16:08Watched on by a crowd of people,
16:10they destroyed equipment, pulled down the protection shield,
16:13jumped over the counter and lobbed items at staff.
16:16At one point, they even leaped over the counter
16:19to continue their attack.
16:22All of this was for a $1.75 fee.
16:26Reportedly, they wrecked computers and cash registers during their rage,
16:30causing up to $20,000 worth of damage.
16:33Unsurprisingly, all three were arrested
16:35and charged with multiple offenses.
16:38To make sure something like this doesn't happen again,
16:40the owner has hired a security guard to work through the weekend
16:43that should give them some extra time
16:45to put new security measures inside.
16:48Smoothie Ken.
16:49I want to speak to the f***ing person who made this drink.
16:52Is that you?
16:53No, it wasn't me.
16:54We don't know who made it, so...
16:55You don't know who made it?
16:56In January 2022, James Iannazzo came home
16:59after visiting a Robec store in Fairfield, Connecticut,
17:02and handed his son a smoothie.
17:05Unfortunately, his son had an allergic reaction
17:07and was taken to the hospital.
17:09While he was okay, Iannazzo wasn't.
17:12He returned to the store and launched into a racist rant
17:14at the teenage staff.
17:16However, Iannazzo didn't tell them about the peanut allergy
17:19when he originally ordered the beverage.
17:21Like a grown-up, he even threw the smoothie at an employee.
17:25Give it to me right now.
17:26What?
17:29I'm calling the police.
17:31I'm calling the police.
17:32Iannazzo was arrested afterward and fired from his job
17:35at Merrill Lynch.
17:36He received a year of probation
17:38and was ordered to donate $500 to charity.
17:41Iannazzo later settled a lawsuit from one of the employees
17:44for $7,500.
17:47Iannazzo, who lost his job as a financial advisor
17:49for Merrill Lynch, says he deeply regrets his actions.
17:52Supasoul.
17:53As a manager at the Sol de Jalisco restaurant
17:56in Temple, Texas,
17:58Janelle Brolin has likely dealt with a lot of nonsense.
18:01But probably nothing that comes close to this.
18:04In November 2021,
18:06Amanda Martinez complained to Brolin
18:08about the soup she ordered.
18:10She claimed it was so hot that it melted the plastic lid.
18:14Martinez came back to the restaurant
18:16to continue her complaint,
18:17as seen on this surveillance video,
18:20pointing out the melted lid.
18:22You just still continue to yell, make a scene.
18:25Then after being threatened to leave
18:26or the cops will be called,
18:28like a completely irrational person,
18:30Martinez threw the soup in Brolin's face
18:33before fleeing.
18:34My eyes were stinging so bad.
18:36They were burning.
18:37And the spices were all like inside of the top part of my nose
18:41and it caused me to have a nosebleed.
18:42Brolin described the experience as being pepper sprayed.
18:45Martinez was soon arrested for assault.
18:48In February 2023,
18:50she received a sentence of 15 months deferred adjudication
18:53and six days of jail work release,
18:56as well as an $800 fine and court costs.
18:59Poetic punishment.
19:00Do you want to walk in her shoes for two months
19:03and learn how people should treat people
19:04or do you want to do your jail time?
19:07I'd like to walk in her shoes.
19:09Typically, when a Karen receives consequences,
19:13it's in the form of getting fired, arrested, or both.
19:16But this 2023 case changes the formula.
19:19Rosemary Hain was unhappy with the burrito bowl
19:22she'd ordered from a Chipotle in Parma, Ohio.
19:25She argued with the teenage worker
19:27until their colleague Emily Russell stepped in.
19:29Hain threw the hot dish at Russell,
19:31burning her face before taking off.
19:34You still need to be able to have a walk
19:36the rest of this world
19:37and recognize there are people out there that have lives,
19:39that have jobs, that have children at home
19:41that don't want to have food on their face.
19:42Yeah, that don't deserve to be attacked on the job.
19:45Unfortunately for Hain,
19:46she was soon arrested and charged.
19:48She was sentenced to 180 days in jail
19:51with 90 days suspended.
19:53However, the judge offered her a unique deal.
19:55Hain could work 60 days off
19:57by spending two months working in a fast food restaurant
20:00for 20 hours per week,
20:02which she accepted.
20:04You didn't get your burrito bowl the way you like it.
20:06This is how you respond.
20:07If I show you how my food looked
20:09and how my food looked a week later
20:11from that same restaurant,
20:12it was disgusting looking.

20:55The police found her and received a mountain of abuse.
20:59Bustami threatened to spit on them,
21:00yelled that the cops were trying to assault her
21:03and that they had never seen anyone as pretty as her.
21:06This is Hen Bustami,
21:08who was arrested near Baggage Claim last week.
21:10Turns out she had an arrest warrant
21:12from Las Vegas Municipal Court.
21:14Bustami was uncooperative while being detained.
21:16This resulted in her arrest for misconduct.
21:19While she was awaiting her court date for the bill dodging,
21:22in October 2022,
21:24Bustami's life took a very dark turn.
21:27After calling emergency services,
21:29confessing what she did and trying to go on the run,
21:33Bustami was arrested for the murder of her mother
21:36at their home.
21:37Police records showing officers were called there
21:3912 times just this year,
21:42mostly for family disturbances.
21:44If all the fast food mascots took part
