00:07According to the figures, 53 pubs have closed in the West Midlands across 2024.
00:14It takes it down to 3,904 that are currently open.
00:18That includes pubs within our region such as the Old Vic Ale House in Bilbrook, the Royal Oak in Willanore, Three Crowns in Dudley, the Pendulum in Penderford and the Orbital in Cannock.
00:30It means the West Midlands is ranked second within the country for the most pubs having closed over the last 12 months behind only London.
