Preoccupante diffondersi del consumo di alcool e di droghe, vecchie e nuove, anche tra i giovanissimi. Comportamenti purtroppo alimentati dal web che propone sovente modelli ispirati alla prepotenza, al successo facile, allo sballo". Così il presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, nel messaggio di fine anno.
