00:38The happy atmosphere of Baguio was heated up by the fireworks in 2025,

00:43which reached 15 degrees Celsius at one point in Magdamag.

01:00A lot of people gathered at the DJ party in Bernham Park before the celebration,

01:04as well as the concert at the Melvin Jones Grandstand.

01:08The families are all on their own and are sharing a bench and camping chair.

01:13It's refreshing. It's a new experience, and quite frankly, the kids are enjoying it.

01:19The weather is nice.

01:21Even though it's the first day of 2025, there are still a lot of people early in the morning at the grandstands.

01:27Here at the well-known Bernham Park Grandstand,

01:29a lot of our countrymen are making the most of their time on vacation.

01:34Some of them are already here before the New Year celebrations.

01:37Others are here for the first time and are enjoying riding their bicycles in the cold weather.

02:21Aside from the community fireworks,

02:23there's a total ban on unregulated fireworks in the city of Pines

02:27which helped to prevent the worst fireworks in 2025, according to City Hall.

02:43A lot of people are still enjoying boat riding.

02:46The people we talked to said that it's worth it
