00:06festive period. A 2-0 loss at home to Sheffield United was swiftly followed by a 3-2 loss
00:12away at Oxford United. The Ward's shining light was a 2-1 win away against Watford,
00:19before then a 1-1 draw at home to Coventry City. All in all, they still remain second
00:26bottom in the league.
00:29Meanwhile two wins out of the four festive fixtures for Wrexham has kept them firmly
00:34in the hunt for an automatic promotion place in League One. A 2-1 win at home to Blackpool,
00:41followed by another 2-1 win at home to Wigan, were sandwiched by draws against Bristol Rovers
00:46and then a loss away at Barnsley. They now sit just two points adrift from Birmingham
00:52City and Wickham Wanderers at the top of the League One table.
