00:16The FBI says on the morning of the attack, between 1.29am and 3.02am, Jabbar posted five
00:22videos on Facebook expressing his support for ISIS.
00:26The FBI describes the act as terrorism, noting that Jabbar was premeditated in his actions
00:31and inspired by ISIS.
00:33FBI's Counterterrorism Division Assistant Director David Scott informs the U.S. lawmakers
00:38that Jabbar was not on the government watch list.
00:41The bureau also found no evidence he was guided by any foreign individual or group.
00:46They also say there seemed to be no connection between the New Orleans attack and the explosion
00:51incident of a Tesla Cybertruck in Las Vegas on the same day.
