00:00Five drivers, five co-drivers, a unique five-day immersion into the world of Dakar, a quest
00:09to find the next generation of Saudi motorsport champions.
00:13I am happy because I like Dakar. Dakar is life.
00:25The idea is to provide an additional experience for Saudi competitors. Today we have four
00:29to five drivers learning for four days out on the sand. We already have really promising
00:37drivers and together we hope over the next two to three years the levels will rise.
00:42Although not a competitive race, the successful driver and co-driver will earn a place in
00:47Rallye du Maroc and next year's Dakar.
00:50They are going to experience the feeling of being a factory driver for one week. They
00:57are going to learn mechanics, they are going to learn the basics of Dakar. It's not a race,
01:06we are not looking only at the speed but also the capacity of working in team, working with
01:13the co-driver, respecting the vehicle and many other elements. They are all very focused
01:19and we will see something nice.

01:26Inshallah one day in the future I will be a co-driver, one day. And we will win Dakar, Inshallah.
