00:00The oddsmakers, Matt, have made the Bengals one and a half point favorites and I would

00:04assume that when the Ravens win, that number will rise even a little bit more because it

00:09will mean that the Steelers are not going to play for anything.

00:13But I kind of feel, oddly enough, that the number is sort of baked in here a lot, knowing

00:18that.

00:19I'm just not sure what Tomlin's goals are in this game.

00:23I would think, Matt, that he would want to win and not have to go to Baltimore next week

00:29and play Houston instead.

00:30But what do I know?

00:31Yeah, no, that's exactly what I think, you know, when I looked at the number, I see Bengals

00:35minus two.

00:36I find that a little bit confusing.

00:38I know they're playing really good ball.

00:41Joe Burrows playing at an MVP level.

00:42Pittsburgh is sort of floundering a little bit based on how well they were playing earlier

00:47in the year.

00:48So I get all those things.

00:49It's not as if the Bengals can't win this game by any means.

00:53But like you said, I think the Steelers are going to play hard and the Steelers are going

00:57to try.

00:58Yeah, certainly they're going to start the game that way.

01:00Now, whether if at some point they're going to call off the dogs and say, OK, big deal.

01:04We know we're in the playoffs.

01:05We don't care for the six or the seven, what have you, or higher than that.

01:10But I don't think that's going to happen either.

01:11I think they're going all out the whole time.

01:14And I think we're just going to get a really good, really entertaining football game that

01:17either team can win.

01:19And given that the Steelers are at home, given that they have the better defense, I would

01:23side with them.

01:25And so this number, where it's at, would seem to favor betting on the Steelers or going

01:30in on them.

01:31Like I said, it's no guarantee.

01:33They have not played that well lately.

01:35Russell Wilson and the offense just haven't looked as crisp.

01:38And whereas you have a Bengals team that is executing at a pretty high level, at least

01:41on offense.

01:42So I think we're in store for a very good game.

01:45And I understand why people think the Steelers might at some point during that game take

01:49their foot off the gas.

01:51But I haven't seen any indication.

01:53That's what they actually plan to do.
