Snow, ice and rain hit the UK over the weekend, making travel almost impossible at times.
Temperatures dropped as low as -11C in Scotland, while officials issued flood warnings for parts of southern England.

00:51We've also seen warnings about potential flooding.
00:55Flood alerts are in place in 100 locations across the UK, many of them in the southern and south-western parts of the country.
01:05And we've seen flood warnings in nearly a dozen places.
01:09That means flooding is expected in those locations.
01:14So, all in all, an anxious, icy and wet start to 2025.
