00:07Even if the so-called monster ship of China has drifted away from the shores of Zambales,

00:12another ship of the China Coast Guard has returned.

00:21The so-called monster ship of the China Coast Guard has drifted away from Zambales.

00:25The CCG 5901 was called a monster ship because of its 12,000 gross registered tons.

00:32But the China Coast Guard Vessel 3103 immediately returned here.

00:37China Coast Guard 5901 left, but initially we thought it is leaving for good.

00:43And then eventually we realized this morning that it is not a total departure of the China Coast Guard.

00:51It is just going to be replaced.

00:53The government is in charge of maintaining the monster ship inside the exclusive economic zone of the Philippines.

00:59According to the latest monitoring of the Philippine Coast Guard, it is 30 nautical miles from Bajo, Dimasinlo.

01:05The Philippine Coast Guard's BRP Cabra has been tracking it for three days.

01:09Yesterday, while tracking the monster ship,

01:12a military helicopter of the People's Liberation Army Navy approached and hovered

01:18or remained above the BRP Cabra for at least 20 minutes.

01:23This is not the first time that a military helicopter of China has hovered to harass the ships of the PCG.

01:30In December, a Chinese warship joined the Philippine ships in Bajo, Dimasinlo.

01:37According to the National Maritime Council, this is not enough reason to face the Philippine Navy.

01:43So that the tension does not escalate.

01:46We have always measured response in carrying out maritime law enforcement

01:52and also in challenging the unlawful presence of the Chinese Coast Guard.

01:57This just goes to show that it is the Chinese government that is escalating the tension that they are provoking us.

02:06Because of the bad weather, the bigger BRP Teresa Magbanua will be replaced by Bajo, Dimasinlo.

02:14We are still trying to get a statement from China about the incident.

02:18But they insisted that the patrol and law enforcement activities of their Coast Guard should be justified and in accordance with the law.
