00:00Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna denied that the City Hall has more than P500,000,000 in debt to its garbage collection contractor.

01:25They gave a deadline to the Phileco and Metroways to finish before Friday.

01:30The mayor also clarified that the Manila LGU has no debt to Lionela.

01:34The non-compliance of Lionela in the contract was the reason for the piles of garbage in the city when it entered 2025,

01:43which was denied by Lionela.
