00:42More than 400 Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Myanmar nationals

00:48were arrested by their computers.

00:52Some tried to escape and go through the fire exit,

00:55but they were also caught outside the building.

00:58According to the authorities, this is a large phogo scam hub

01:02based on scripts seen on computers.

01:05Love scams and investment scams are what foreigners are doing.
