00:18The residents of Barangay Zapote 1 in Baco, Orcavite woke up to a fierce fire and heavy smoke

00:24at 5 a.m. this morning.

00:27The fire spread quickly to the nearby houses.

00:31The third alarm was set on the Bureau of Fire Protection.

00:34Romis Ponde was on their 13th firetruck.

00:37Aside from the fire volunteer group,

00:39other firefighters went to the vacant lot to bring water.

00:44There were also those who climbed on the roof of the nearby establishment.

00:47Residents on the streets rushed out with their belongings,

00:51like Dexter, whose appliances were taken out.

00:55Our doors were on fire.

00:59When I got out of the house, I checked where the fire was.

01:05It was just behind us.

01:07His nephew, Melissa, just cried.

01:10His house was burned down, even though it was a living sarisari store.

01:14The resident, Carmenita, was only able to save a few pieces of clothing.

01:18When our neighbors shouted,

01:20the house was on fire.

01:22When we got out of the house, we couldn't save anything.
