A donkey and deer raised by local residents have been spotted roaming across roads in northeast Taiwan. Residents are concerned the animals could cause traffic incidents. Local authorities are warning owners to better house their pets or face fines.

00:06It was such a dark night, so I thought it would be dangerous to leave it on the roadside.
00:11So I drove it into the field.
00:15Worried drivers contacted the police, fearing the escaped animals could cause traffic incidents.
