00:00The Justice Department filed a complaint against the 30 police officers

00:05who were involved in almost 7 billion pesos of illegal drugs in 2022.

00:13They were charged with the Bybass Operation and arresting their new member.

00:20And there are drugs that are not illegal anymore.

00:24Iman Mayrina was arrested.

00:30Because of the CCTV footage of October 8, 2022 in Tondo, Manila,

00:35the 30 police officers are now facing a complaint.

00:38Police Master Sgt. Rodolfo Mayon of PNP Drug Enforcement Group or PDEG saw this

00:43while he was putting a paper bag in his car.

00:46It contained 2 kilos of shabu.

00:49Then he was arrested by his brothers in PDEG.

00:52But he was also seen going to and from the office several times.

00:56Several bags of shabu were taken out of his car.

00:59They were divided and put in separate cars.

01:03The anti-drug operation was not reported and not documented.

01:08Instead, a Bybass Operation was declared before 5 p.m.

01:12against an employee of the office who is not Mayon.

01:15Mayon was released and arrested by PDEG in a hot pursuit operation the next day.

01:21990 kilos of shabu, worth almost 7 billion pesos, was recovered from the anti-drug operation.

01:28400 kilos of shabu were not found.

01:31Where did they go?

01:33The so-called Bybass Operation on October 8

01:35and the so-called arrest of Master Sgt. Rodolfo Mayon on October 9

01:39is part of the basis of the violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of the police.

01:48It seems that it became a standard procedure of several elements of the PNP to have drug hauls.
