00:00India Open, you are here back in India, how excited are you?
00:29Yes, of course I am very excited and starting the year with the Indian Open and I am really looking forward to it and of course I am very excited.
00:40And one thing I would really like to know and ask you and that would be, that last year wasn't so good because you have won back to back medal in Olympics, how did you motivate yourself after Olympics, you couldn't live up to your own high expectations?
00:52I think yeah, I mean I couldn't get a medal at Olympics but I think at the end of the day only one can win, so I think it was important for me to get back stronger.
01:04I know it was sad but I think it's important that I get back stronger and be prepared for the upcoming tournaments as well.
01:11Since that's over now, I think it's time to focus again on the upcoming tournaments, so yeah.
01:16Life after marriage?
01:18Well, I mean it's really good, really enjoying it, so yeah, it's a new year, new life, altogether different phase, so yeah, I am really enjoying it.
01:31Lakshya, excited to play India Open badminton, playing in front of packed home crowd?
01:35Yes, looking forward to this year's India Open and yes, the last time that I played the India Open, the crowd was amazing and I was really enjoying myself on court, so yes, the India Open starts tomorrow, so yeah, looking forward.
01:54How tough was it for you to recover from Paris, because you were almost on the verge of winning the medal, you missed by a whisker, how tough was it for you to recover?
02:03Yes, I think as of now, I am just focusing on the next match, which is tomorrow, so yeah.
02:08Satvik, excited to play in the India Open, packed in front of packed home crowd, last time when you played, it was huge row, you reached the finals, where you and Kiraj?
02:24Yes, definitely, I think last time when we played, it was pretty much packed from the first day, I think hopefully, there will be huge numbers again this time and hopefully, we do it better and we give them entertainment and we play some good quality badminton here.
02:41How tough was it for you and Kiraj, put the Paris Olympic disappointment behind, because you were one of the top favourites for India to win a medal, but you missed it unfortunately, so how difficult was it for you to get back and start playing again?
02:53I mean, yeah, it was quite difficult, the disappointment is still there inside, but I think I have passed it to mind, everything happens for a good reason, something big is awaiting for us, so I think it was quite disappointing, it was very hard to move on, but I think the disappointment is still there, but I think you have to pass it and you have to cross that line to get something bigger, so yeah.
