00:00and artificial intelligence in both countries.
00:03So through 2025, we will be working hard
00:07to prepare for 2026.
00:10Toh meri arz hai ke aap log bhi apni tayari kar lijiye
00:1326 mein we should be preparing for a higher level
00:17of ties with much deeper cooperation.
00:20And it is something which certainly will have
00:25a long-term impact, good impact on our ties.
00:29So that is really what is happening,
00:31but I come back again to the invitation that I got.
00:38And when a foreign ministry of another country
00:44and ambassadors of another country
00:46ask you to come and speak to them,
00:50it is worth thinking, why is that so?
00:54And my sense is there are three reasons today.
01:00One, jo Bharat ki jo positioning jo hai,
01:03that is something very important
01:05that all countries in the world today,
01:07unko lagta hai ki aaj ki jaise maine kaha
01:11ki duniya ki mahal jo hai,
01:14isme having good ties with India
01:17is in the interest of many, many countries.
01:20So they want to understand our positioning.
01:25The second is our capabilities,
01:49ki hum das ya gyaaravi number pe the.
01:52To Bharat mein jo aaj jo pragati ho rahi hai,
01:55jis rate se humari unnati pragati jo,
01:58jis disha mein hum ja rahein hai,
02:01aur usme duniya pehchaanti isko,
02:04to ek hai humari positioning,
02:07doosra vishay hai our capabilities.
02:10And the third is actually our ideas.
02:13That India is today seen as contributing
02:18to a global conversation.
02:20That when the world is looking at many, many challenges,
02:23kahin na kahin on different issues,
02:26humare yaha se kuch ideas aati hain,
02:29kuch initiatives aati hain,
02:30aur uska bhi mein thoda agar aap log sunna chahenge,
02:35I would like to explain a little bit about that.
02:38So let me say a few words about the positioning.
02:46There are very few countries today
02:49who are in a position to talk to Russia and to Ukraine.
02:55Aapne dekha hoga haali mein pichle saal,
02:58Pradhan Mantri Modi, Russia bhi gaye do baar,
03:01Ukraine bhi gaye, Kiev mein.
03:04Who are in a position to talk to Israel and Iran.
03:09And PM Modi is able to do both.
03:12Who are in a position to be members of Quad
03:17and be members of BRICS.
03:19So this is something which is actually very, very unique.
03:25And it is unique because if you look at the world today,
03:30aaj duniya mein tanav itna zyada hai,
03:34alag-alag sangharsh ho rahi hain,
03:35yudh bhi ho raha hai do jaka.
03:38It is a very polarized world.
03:41So in a polarized world, if there is a country
03:44which is able to, jo hum aapne yahaan kehte the,
03:50sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas,
03:55we are actually able to take it into the world as well.
03:59And that is something which slowly, slowly other nations
04:05have started to understand and to value.
04:08Not, but it doesn't have to be only a conflict.
04:11You know, hum logon ki adhyakshtha G20,
04:17G20 jo ek gathan jo hai,
04:21jo duniya ki sabse badi top 20 economy hai.
04:24Spain bhi uske meetings pe upastith hote hain,
04:28Spain ke prathinidhi.
