01:20In a statement, Ako Bicol, Partylist Representative Elizaldico, thanked his fellow mayors for accepting his decision to step down as Chairman of the Committee on Appropriations.

01:35It is heavy for him to make the decision that the reason is his health.

01:39That he needs to give priority.

01:41In the past three years, he has been proud of his accomplishments.

01:46Like the assistance to the Kaposang Kita Program and as the President of the Budget,

01:51he assured that it is anchored in the 8-point economic agenda of the President.

01:56Nothing has been mentioned that Ako will be replaced with a vacant position.
