00:00Yes, to dispel the confusion and the misleading copy that's uploaded on our website, I'd like

00:08to explain, Mr. President, Majority Leader, and members, that within the clean copy containing

00:18the amendments approved on second reading, we have compromised at the level of four years

00:27the following election to be conducted on October 20 of 2027. Three consecutive terms

00:34will be the limit, and the S.K. Charter will prevail for all the other dates referring

00:41to the S.K., and the incumbent Capitanes will be in holdover capacity until that next election

00:50in 2027. The assumption of office will be on November 1 following their election on

00:59the years already following. So, these are the salient points. We are at four years,

01:06kahit pinaglaban namin yung six years. We took heed of the arguments of Senator Kiko,

01:14Nancy Binay, Jing Goy, and the rest. I said, Koko, sorry, Senator Koko, pasensya, yung

01:23boses ko hindi maayos. At dahil dito, eto yung inabot natin, yung four years. Okay.

01:35Yun lang. The controlling copy, ma'am, is the third reading copy of the bill sent to

01:42your respective offices. That is why the majority leader earlier said that the third

01:48reading copy was distributed last January 8 by electronic mail to the members. That

01:54would be the controlling copy of what we will be voting upon this afternoon as we have in

02:00previous sessions. Yes. That's very clear now. It's clarified because not just the Senators,

02:06but even the staff got confused upon seeing the Senate website, which still contained

02:11the six years because it was the committee report. Noted, ma'am. But we are voting clearly

02:17for four years. Four years. Very clear. Thank you. Noted, ma'am. What is the majority floor

02:24leader? Mr. President, having settled the finer details of the bill, I move that the

02:33Senate secretary be directed to read the title of the measure and that this chamber proceed

02:38with the roll call vote. Any objection? Hearing none, Senate secretaries directed to read

02:44the title only of the measure and to proceed to roll call vote. I'm not setting the term

02:48of office of the Rangay officials and members of the Sangguniang Kabataan for other purposes.
