00:00A barangay captain and his wife have already been arrested because of the loud drinking.

00:12The last incident was targeted by Mike Salazar.

00:20Right outside the barangay hall of barangay 901 in Santa Ana, Manila,

00:25three shots were fired by the barangay chairman, Jerome Advincula, at a man who was drunk.

00:32He was followed by two shots from the wife of the chairman, Lieutenant Lucille Advincula.

00:38According to the Manila Police District, the video captured last Monday afternoon

00:44is just part of a longer incident.

00:47While the captain and his four men were being arrested,

00:50the six men were charged with loud drinking.

00:55The six men are now in prison at MPD Police Station 6,

00:59facing charges of violation of the ordinance prohibiting drinking in public places,

01:05as well as direct assault, disobedience to person in authority, and physical injury.

01:11I was able to talk to them even though they refused to show their faces to the camera

01:15while the public attorney's office is still not able to talk to them and is helping them with their case.

01:20They were already inquired by the prosecution.

01:23I also went to the barangay hall, where the barangay chairman, Advincula, and his wife, Gagawad,

01:28accompanied by their accomplices, to the suspects who were arrested.

01:31But they refused to give a statement following their lawyer's advice.

01:37The prisoners have no plans to file a contra demand.
