00:00Yeah as you say we're talking here and we're looking as well at pictures of
00:04what were multi-million dollar homes. Some very affluent areas have been
00:08affected by the wildfires and it is incredible to see the techniques being
00:13used by these criminals dressing up in some cases we understand as first
00:19responders or firefighters. Is that something you've been hearing about?
00:22Yeah yeah that's that's happened in a lot of cases and it's very widespread in
00:29that area because keep in mind that the fire spread from Pacific Palisades to
00:34Malibu and and literally covered the what you might call the affluent
00:39crescent going up the the coast Pacific Coast Highway and I believe Malibu was
00:45the site of one of those costumed looters and you know in in all the
00:51confusion right now it's kind of like a war zone because and and you have the
00:57fog of war literally but through the smoke in this fire and it's very easy
01:03for a looter to get in with only sort of a hat and a raincoat or whatever and
01:13move in and and and strike these these very affluent homes so it is it is
01:20widespread and it's catching almost as badly as the the fire itself.
