00:57Starting today, President Kiosk will be able to buy 38 pesos worth of rice.

01:02The previous 40 pesos worth of rice, now 38 pesos worth of rice can be bought in President Kiosk.

01:09These are the rice that is RFA 25 or 25% broken.

01:13In the Philippine Radio, DA Spokesperson Assistant Secretary Anel De Mesa said

01:18that there are 20 families that sell 38 pesos worth of rice per kilo.

01:22Meanwhile, the DA is hoping that Kadiwa Stores will expand in Metro Manila.

01:27They are asking for Kadiwa to have outlets in 150 private and public markets in the entire National Capital Region.

01:39Aside from the 38 pesos worth of rice, President Kiosk will also be able to buy 45 pesos worth of rice or 5% broken rice.

01:48The so-called worth rice is also available for 36 pesos.

01:52And the aging but good quality rice stock of NFA is 29 pesos.

01:57Starting Monday, the maximum suggested retail price of 58 pesos for imported rice will be implemented.

02:03The Department of Agriculture in Metro Manila-Bayors is also encouraging

02:07to make the government's cheap rice available to all public and private markets in Metro Manila.
