00:00Good news, the Rojas Memorial Provincial Hospital opens its Bukas Center, offering extended outpatient services.
00:07The event also featured the soft opening of a new 280-bed hospital facility with plans to expand Bukas Centers across the country by 2028.

00:21Health Secretary Chedoro Herboza and CAPIS Governor Ferdinil Castro led the inauguration of the Bagong Urgent Care and Ambulatory Service or Bukas Center in Rojas City.
00:31The Bukas Center in Rojas, established at the new building of Rojas Memorial Provincial Hospital or RMPH, is the 43rd of its kind after the first center was launched in March 2024.
00:43The establishment of this Bukas Center marks a significant stride in the implementation of Universal Health Care Act.
00:51It reflects our unwavering commitment to providing accessible, affordable, timely care for every Filipino.
01:01The center will operate from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. from Monday to Saturday, and it is seen to augment services of the RMPH, especially of its outpatient department after daytime hours.
01:13It will be the first Bukas Center that will be run by the provincial government.
01:17The project underscores the unity of the national and local governments towards a healthier and more equitable Filipinos.
01:24By 2028, the end of the President BBM's term, our goal is to extend the reach of Bukas Centers to serve 28 million of the poorest Filipinos, the underserved communities and individuals nationwide.
01:42A soft opening of the 280-bed capacity new RMPH was also conducted by Secretary Herboza and Governor Castro in time with the opening of the Bukas Center.
