Kalaboso ang isang Chinese national at dalawang kasabwat niyang Pinoy na sangkot umano sa pang-eespiya sa mga kampo ng militar, opisina ng gobyerno, pati mga mall, gamit ang ilang high-tech na equipment. Ang Chinese national, lumalabas na graduate ng isang unibersidad na kontrolado umano ng People’s Liberation Army ng China.

00:00A Chinese national and two of his fellow Filipinos were killed in a robbery in the military camps, government offices, and malls using some high-tech equipment.

00:15The Chinese national turned out to be a graduate of a university controlled by the People's Liberation Army of China, led by Donald Tengkungko.

00:31These are some high-tech intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance equipment recovered by the MBI and AFP from the vehicle used by a Chinese national and two of his fellow Filipinos

00:43who were involved in a robbery in the military camps and some vital installations in Luzon last December.

00:50These devices are not simple because it can create a 3D map of any place that it will place even if it does not enter inside.

00:59It can be sent in real time and possibly it can be sent to an unknown place, any data that is found in the places that it is circling.

01:09Alarming in the sense that these equipment is capable of producing coordinates.

01:18I don't want to sound alarmist, but it can be used in terms of drone control.

01:25They will know our topography.

01:28Some EDCA sites or military bases in the Philippines where soldiers can be placed, including some malls, airports, seaports, government offices, and power plants.

01:42Our investigation is ongoing as to why the shopping malls are included.

02:39According to the investigation, the Chinese national is an engineer who graduated from a school controlled by the People's Liberation Army of China.

03:01He was charged with espionage in relation to violation of cybercrime law.
