00:00We've put in the plans for the new tearoom because we think it will enhance the stay of our guests,
00:05so they can order a breakfast in the morning or they can have an afternoon tea, we do homemade
00:10cakes, we've got a lot of artisan bakers and suppliers near us so we feel that we should
00:16utilise them and use them as much as possible and also it will give us a little extra something
00:23for people that want to stay here. I think we need to always look at being slightly different
00:27from what other holiday cottages have to offer, so for us it's very important to try and keep
00:34ahead of the game, give people value for money and give them a great experience and we have a
00:40lot of returning guests so we'd like to expand on that as well and have more people returning.
00:47It's easier for us when people know what they expect and it's more like family coming to visit
00:53than people you don't know, if that makes sense. The plan going forward was, well if it did very
01:00very well, perhaps we could put in planning to maybe have like an external seating area for
01:06guests that want to come, hopefully open it up maybe to the local residents that are in Harwichsham.
01:11We don't have anything like this in this area, the co-op have coffee machine which people can sit
01:19outside which, you know, if you wanted to catch up with your friends and have some social time,
01:24you don't want to sit outside a co-op, you want to go somewhere and I think this would offer that
01:29with the wonderful views of the North Down, we've got the animals that people can sit and look at
01:34and the fresh air.
