00:00President Bongbong Marcos is studying the recommendation to change the working hours of the government agencies in Metro Manila.

00:11And as a preparation for the traffic that could lead to EDSA rehabilitation.

00:20From 6 to 8 in the morning,

00:23almost 40 motorists were found in the part of Santo Lanquezon City.

00:27Because of the illegal passage of the EDSA busway.

00:30Most of them are motorcyclists.

00:32One of them was labeled as a government van.

00:35Those who were found were fined P5,000.

00:38Aside from those who illegally passed through the EDSA busway,

00:41there were also those who were caught for reckless driving.

00:44Those who did not have a license or vehicle registration.

00:47And those who did not wear a helmet.

00:49The heavy traffic was expected because of the imminent start of the rehabilitation of EDSA in March.

00:55That's why the NMBA plans to recommend to work from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

01:00on the schedules of the national government agencies in Metro Manila.

01:03So that they will not follow the rush hour.
