00:00There was a meeting between the Chief Minister of Oman and the President of Oman
00:06in which women from different sects were asked for suggestions regarding the upcoming budget.
00:13One of the suggestions I gave was that the 85% attendance of women who are taking advantage of the government policy should be made mandatory
00:22so that the dropout rate is reduced.
00:25Another suggestion I gave was that women should be given special grants and special rebates in the upcoming Women's Startup Culture Ecosystem
00:39so that they can be more involved in it.
00:43Another suggestion I gave was that women from urban areas are comfortable coming to any office and having a conversation
00:53as well as being part of the documentation.
00:55But the women from rural areas or small towns face a lot of difficulties when they go to meet any officer
01:03or want to understand any type of business.
01:06That is why women community based centres should be established at the district level
01:13where there should be a woman nodal officer who can explain these things in simple language or local language.
01:22We have given suggestions.
01:25Basically, keeping in mind the priorities of women, we want to open a special care centre at the Panchayat and Tehsil level
01:35so that women can be tested.
01:37Because breast cancer and ovary cancer are spreading a lot in today's time.
01:41And this is happening a lot in rural areas because people have no knowledge about it and women hesitate to discuss it.
01:49Secondly, we want to establish a women's crisis management centre at the district level
01:55so that women can approach easily.
01:58No matter what the problem is, whether it is related to domestic violence or employment,
02:03it will be easy for women to approach the crisis management centre.
02:08It will be at the district level.
02:10Now, if you see, women will go there.
02:12And the biggest thing I want is that they should get legal aid for free.
02:16Because when it comes to domestic violence or any other type of issue,
02:20when women go to the Women's Association, they have to make a personal lawyer
02:24and they have to pay for their expenses.
02:26But there are women who do not have any payment or money.
02:29So, they are not able to pay for their expenses.
02:31Secondly, I would like to establish a private hospital.
02:34One of the suggestions we have given is that the expenses of the hospital should also be free.
02:42Also, the test of the newborn baby should also be free.
02:48There should not be any kind of fees on it.
02:51As a woman, my suggestion is mainly about the empowerment of women and their security.
02:57My suggestion is to ensure the security of useful women and financial assistance in their lives.
03:05Apart from that, my second suggestion is that the girls who are studying in coaching classes,
03:10those who are going for higher education,
03:12they should be provided with coaching centres for free.
03:15If possible, they should be given free coaching from the government.
03:19Along with this, the cervical cancer that is going on in our country,
03:23breast cancer that is spreading among women,
03:26they should be tested for it for free.
03:28Along with that, the cervical cancer vaccine should also be given.
03:31In this way, my other suggestions are also there,
03:33which I want to be joined by the honourable Chief Minister and our entire team.
