00:01The cold North-East monsoon or Amihan continues.
00:05This is the wind coming from mainland Asia,
00:07bringing weak rains to a large part of Luzon,
00:12while the shear line or the boundary of Amihan plus the easterly
00:16is affected in the eastern sections of southern Luzon and Visayas.
00:20And for the rest of Visayas and Mindanao,
00:22there are still heavy rains,
00:24and the highest chance of rain on the eastern side
00:27is still the effect of the easterlies or the hot wind from the east.
00:31Based on our latest satellite animation,
00:33we have not seen a low-pressure area or storm
00:36around the Philippine area of responsibility,
00:40and possibly by the end of January,
00:42the chance of weather disturbance is still low.
00:47Today, the highest chance of rain in Luzon is in the eastern section.
00:51In the Bicol region and southern Quezon,
00:53there is still the effect of the shear line or the hot and cold wind,
00:57scattered rain and isolated thunderstorms,
01:00but it is still possible for floods or landslides to occur there.

01:35For our countrymen here in Metro Manila,
01:37the temperature is between 24 to 31 degrees Celsius,

03:33or warning for high winds.
03:35And even until the end of this week,
03:37because relatively,
03:38our Northeast monsoon is not that strong yet.
