00:00But I think going forward, we need to understand, just like with 5G,
00:05actually with 5G, because of the pandemic, there was a start-stop, start-stop kind of thing.
00:12You spoke about the special slice of 5G for EPRN. Is that even feasible?
00:20Yes. Actually, what I said is a feature of 5G.
00:33When you look at the spectrum, providing a specific secured slice of the spectrum
00:41for a private 5G network, particularly private local 5G network.
00:48This is something that we have been, industry has been discussing.
00:52There has been requests from industry and by enabling a dual network approach
01:00and some of the measures that MCMC will be taking,
01:05having a secured slice for even agencies like PDRM can be realized.
01:13Back to the secure slice of 5G for law enforcement.
01:18So basically, this will be more towards providing all possible encrypted and secure network
01:25for them to communicate or what is it going to be used for?
01:28It can be used, secure a slice of 5G means that bandwidth is dedicated for that organization.
01:37It doesn't have to be just for law enforcement.
01:40It can be for any industry, any company.
01:45So in other countries, private enterprises have been able to make use of local private 5G network,
01:55particularly for what is known as the Internet of Things
02:01to pull together data from many different devices and sensors across the factory floor, for example.
02:12That's one of the uses.
02:14Perhaps what I can do is arrange for a special briefing by MCMC
02:19for media editors and reporters about this feature.
