00:06Yeah, I think a lot of people make the mistake

00:09because that's where things get really cold really fast.
00:12And I'm not saying you shouldn't invest in good gloves,
00:14good booties, we're going to talk about that.
00:16If you keep your core warm,
00:18it's going to mean that blood is able to flow
00:20to your extremities, right?
00:21Like when your core temperature drops,
00:23that's your body's signal to kind of like,
00:26uh-oh, I need to shut down blood going to the extremities
00:29because those are less important than keeping your-
