00:29Because of the North-East Monsoon, which is the cold wind and the Easter Leaves, which is the hot and windy wind,
00:35this collision is resulting in the so-called shear line that is currently affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
00:45For our weather today, if we can see, here in Quezon, Bicol Region, and also in some parts of Mimaropa,
00:54we expect that this shear line will experience heavy rainfalls.
01:01Meanwhile, we also expect that in Cagayan Valley and Aurora,
01:05they will experience heavy rainfalls with weak rainfalls resulting from the North-East Monsoon.

01:35For Tagaytay, we expect 20 to 28 degrees Celsius.
01:39And for Legazpi, 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
01:43The shear line will also experience heavy rainfalls in Northern Samar, Aklan, and Capiz.
01:53Meanwhile, our Easter list, we expect that it will also experience heavy rainfalls in Eastern Samar,
02:00and also in the eastern section of Mindanao, including Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi.
02:06For Palawan, in some parts of Visayas and Mindanao,
02:11we expect that it will be sunny in their time,
02:14but we also expect that it will be rainy in the afternoons and in the evenings due to localized thunderstorms.
02:21The temperature for Calayaan is 26 to 32 degrees Celsius.
02:27For Iloilo, we expect 24 to 31 degrees Celsius.
02:31For Tacloban, 24 to 30 degrees Celsius.
