00:21But what's happening now is clear. This 10-wheeler truck got hit earlier here in the eastbound lane of Marcos Highway.

00:32And this vehicle hit a concrete barrier in a U-turn area in the eastbound lane of Marcos Highway, here on the other side of Barangay Santol and Paseg.
