00:00A product of the university run by the People's Liberation Army of China is the Chinese National that was arrested by the ESP in the Philippines.

00:09This was said by the Bureau of Immigration Commissioner Atty. Joel Anthony Villado in his interview with Mike Abelive.

00:16According to Commissioner Villado, information is spreading in the country about the last Chinese National.

00:22At the moment, it is in jail and is being investigated by the intelligence group of the government.
