00:00A donation of milk is being circulated in the municipality of Asuncion, Davao del Norte

00:17the request for help from Davao Regional Medical Center
00:19to circulate a donation of milk for the babies who are in critical condition.
00:24They are neonatal babies in the intensive care unit
00:27The local government is asking when was the first mass human milk letting
00:32that they circulated almost 7,000 milliliters from 40 breastfeeding mothers.
00:37It's not just a donation, it's an act of kindness, it's a global act of kindness.
00:44So, I urge that we start a program called
00:52Magbalakotayon or Magbalangkoson.
00:56The DRMC is asking other LGUs to circulate a donation of milk for the NICU babies.
01:03Breast milk, give it to the babies who are admitted here in the NICU
01:08that they cannot be fed by their mothers.
01:13The mothers already know who they are distributing their milk to
01:16and they are distributing their help.
01:20I donated milk because my baby is healthy
01:25and it's beneficial for the babies.
01:29The community is also involved in the care of the babies.
01:32That's why Davao Regional Medical Center and its partner LGUs
01:37are assuring that every drop of excessive milk is beneficial.
