00:03filed a complaint against Vice President Sara Duterte.

00:13when the Chief of Staff of Vice President Duterte was transferred to the hospital.

00:34The transfer was made by the boss of Attorney Lopez,

00:37Vice President Sara Duterte,

00:39along with several PSG officials who are detailed in the visa.

00:43In the chaos, Police Lieutenant Colonel Jason Villamor,

00:46Chief of the QCPD District Medical and Dental Unit,

00:49was pushed, shouted, and used force by the camp of VP Sara.

00:54Police Lieutenant Colonel Villamor was the one who was ordered

00:57to bring Atty. Zuleika to the VMMC

00:59after her feelings were hurt while in the detention facility of the camera.

01:03Because of the incident,

01:04Lieutenant Colonel Villamor filed a complaint of direct assault,

01:08disobedience to authority,

01:09and grave coercion against Vice President Sara,

01:12Colonel Raymond Dante,

01:14P.T. Nalachica, and John and Jane Doe.

01:16The complaint was dismissed by the City Prosecutor's Office of Quezon City.

01:20In the decision, Quezon City Prosecutor Vimar Barceliano said

01:24that Villamor overacted in discharging his authority.

01:27He also did not prove that he has authority in the custody of Atty. Zuleika,

01:31the shouting and pushing of the accusers.

01:34It is also reasonable, according to the evidence seen by the prosecutors.

01:37None of the witnesses of the complaint

01:40corroborated the accusations he made.

01:43We listened to the statement of Police Lieutenant Colonel Villamor and the QCPD,
